Brownie Bites


1/2 cup soaked cashews (soak for 1 hour )
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp water
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp coconut oil
Pinch of salt and cinnamon

Blitz the nuts, honey, water, vanilla, cinnamon, salt.
Add cocoa and blend.
Add coconut oil and blend.
Squish into little choccies and role in cocoa powder 


Coconut Cups


1 cup cashews
1 cup dessicated coconut
1/2 cup dates
Pinch if salt
1/2 tsp vanilla

Blend the lot and role into yummy truffles
