Yoga & Ayurveda - designing practice for your own body and mind type
Yoga and Ayurveda are two "sisters sciences" of ancient India that focus on human life and health in its deepest sense. On this workshop we will find out how to determine our body and mind type according to ayurveda and design yoga practice that is optimal for our health and growth. We will look into physical practice (asana), breath techniques (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana) for each body and mind types. Each person attending will receive hand outs with practical information covered on the workshop.
