ART OF BALANCE - BREAKING THROUGH THE FEAR
Yoga is the study of balance, and balance is the aim of all living beings - it is our home. On this workshop we will explore balancing poses and try to learn to look forward without fear. Fear in yoga is one of the branches of avidya, which means ignorance (lack of knowledge). It blurs our vision and creates barrier to the natural flow of energy. When this barrier breaks we are able to perceive others and ourselves clearly and through it we can approach life with peace and openness. Each person attending will receive hand outs with practical information and yoga techniques to deal with fear.
