Moving towards Freedom - Yoga Course for Beginners

4week Yoga Course starting on Tuesday the 15th of May

What does freedom mean to you? 

What is freedom on the physical level? Most of us would probably define it as the freedom to move, move with the feeling of ease, lightness, without pain or tension, feeling free in your own body.

How to liberate ourselves from mental imprisonment? Through the practice of training your mind to recognise and let go of the things that block you, limit you, keep you down and inhibit you from expressing freely your true self.  

During four weekly sessions we will be reflecting on the above questions and focusing on creating a sense of freedom within our bodies, minds and hearts. We will practice yoga poses with awareness, listening to our bodies to find the way towards moving with greater ease, grace and freedom. Once our body opens, awakens and releases tension through the movement, we will proceed to the practice of meditation, learning how to create and cultivate sense of freedom on the level of the mind and heart.

Please note that this course is suitable for beginners.
