Foundation for Regular Yoga Practice - 5week beginners' course

5 week Yoga Course starting on Tuesday the 19th of June

Time: 7pm

During five weekly sessions we will learn sequence of yoga poses, different yoga techniques and practices to release tension from body & mind and re-establish connection with the source of inner peace, joy and strength. We will repeat the same asana sequence every week so that you can build firm foundation for regular home practice.

Please note that this course is suitable for beginners.
