Finding Relaxed Way of Being - Yoga Course for Beginners

3week Yoga Course for Beginners starting on Tuesday the 5th of December

Time: 7pm

This course aims to equip us with yogic tools and techniques which can help to connect with relaxed state of awareness we are striving for in our lives. 

During the class we will mostly focus on exploring movement to release tension, breathing techniques to calm the mind and we will use different relaxation methods to bring body & mind into state of relaxed alertness.
