Create Space - Yoga Course for Beginners

3week Yoga Course starting on Tuesday the 6th of February

Time: 7pm

During three weekly sessions we will focus on creating space on different levels. We will aim to find more room in our bodies through physical yoga practice - to breath deeper and move with more ease.

We will aim to create more space in our minds by slowing down and practicing breathing techniques - to be present and let go of these thoughts that are taking our power away.

And finally we will aim to create more space in our heart by practicing loving kindness toward ourselves and others so that we can truly be there to care for ourselves, our community and world we live in.

Please note that this course is suitable for beginners.
