Mindfulness can provide teens with skills to navigate through challenges and build a core foundation that benefits both the mind and body well beyond teenage years. This practice helps young adults in several ways:

5. Improve self-esteem
6. Encourage creativity
7. Develop discipline and self-regulation
On this 4-week course we will learn different forms of mindful exercises in very relaxed and encouraging atmosphere. Practice will cover sitting meditation, body awareness, mindful walking and listening.
As a part of our weekly practice each participant will receive journal where we reflect our mindfulness journey in form of our own choice (ie. drawings, poetry, writing etc.).
