Happy September to you all. As the season begins to change, I hope you’re feeling well and managing to find time to focus internally, to slow down, and breathe into changes that may be happening all around… as it always seems to do at this time of the year.
This month, as the darker evenings draw in, we’ll be giving some deeper focus to twists, breath, and backbends – really focusing on lungs, and the digestive system, which can help support and calm the mind when change is taking place. We’ve touched on Camel pose in the past so this month, using our blocks, we’ll take this a little deeper, and also combine with supported Bridge, and an introduction to Cobra.
This Class and Class on Wednesday at 6.45pm is open to all levels and abilities.
Cost is €12 drop-in, alternatively, if purchasing a package of 4+classes, the price reduces to €10 per class. Packages can also be used for both Monday or Wednesday sessions, however, in order to secure a place in either class, pre-booking by text (087 8049818) is required from September onwards.
PS: Over the past few weeks the classes have been getting busier after the summer holidays and we reached maximum capacity on Wednesday evening last. From a comfort point of view in relation to space, and for the use of props (blocks, belts, bolsters), I would really appreciate it if you could drop me a text or email if you’re planning to attend class that day. This helps to avoid disappointment as I would hate if anyone made the effort to come along but there just wasn’t enough room to accommodate. Thanks so much for your help with this!
