New 6 Week Kundalini Yoga & Meditation in Donabate every Thursday morning from 10am-11am starting 7th September.
In these transformational sessions we will be focusing on our relationship with food, dealing with negative eating habits and using Kundalini Yoga & Meditation to develop body acceptance.
We will be focusing on emotional resilience and cutting negative thoughts toward our body image, practicing breathing exercises to treat impulsive behaviour and improve our relationship with food and developing self-care practices to use on a daily basis.
