Join Mairead for an evening of mindful meditation. Time of slowing down, coming back to your body, to your breath, clearing your mind and finding space for yourself to become more present.
Evening usually covers mindful practice in form of sitting meditation, mindful movement, body scan, mindful walking & reading inspiring quotes or poems.
The cost is €10 or €5 if your income is low.
