Physiotherapy led Pilates for Pregnancy

6 week course starting 2nd of September

Every Monday from 8.10pm-9.10pm 

Exercise is very important during pregnancy. Pilates is an exercise programme that concentrates on building strong muscles that brace the spine to support the extra weight of the baby. It also provides stability to the joints. This modified Pilates class helps strengthen the pelvic floor muscles which provide continuous support to the uterus and helps to reduce weakening and stretching of the pelvic floor during pregnancy.

Classes are available for mothers-to-be who are in their 2nd trimester and have been given consent by their GP or midwife to attend.

Pilates for Pregnancy is run by a Chartered Physiotherapist and mother of 2 young children. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet other mothers-to-be in a relaxing environment. 

Cost for the full 6 weeks is €75

Pregnancy Yoga Course

New 5 week Prenatal Yoga Course starting from Friday 20th of September at Community Well Studio

Every Friday at 7pm

Course will be focused on strengthening body, relaxing mind and opening heart in preparation for birth and motherhood.

We will be learning different yoga techniques for developing physical stamina, mental peace and loving bond between you and your baby.

Price of the full course is 65eur, Drop-in 15eur
