Saturday Morning Flow starts on the 23rd of March

Time:  11am to 12pm

Vinyasa yoga flow class suitable for beginner to intermediate level. We will flow through sun salutations, move with our breath and focus on core and balancing exercise. A great way to start the weekend!

***Note there will be no class April 13th but there will be additional drop-in class on the 27th of April***

Cost: 40euro for 4 weeks
35euro for 3 weeks
12euro drop-in

This class is suitable for beginners to intermediate students.

Sunrise Yoga Practice

New 5 week Morning Yoga Course starts on the 28th of March

Every Thursday: 10am-11am except two Easter Break Thursdays

This morning practice focuses on awakening and removing lethargy from the body and setting clear intention for the mind for the day ahead. Each class will follow the same format: starting from centering & intention setting, moving through sun salutation sequence & other yoga poses and completing with meditative relaxation in the end.

This class is suitable for all levels of students.

Hatha Yoga for All Levels - April Classes

If you're stiff, new to yoga, recovering from injury, looking for a gentle practice, or simply looking to slow down and find relief from the stress of daily life, then Hatha Yoga is the yoga for you. 

Classes are at your own pace, with the support of props, with expert anatomy-led instruction. 

Monday Classes: 6.30pm-7.45pm (all Mondays except 15th & 22nd April)

Wednesday Classes: 6.45pm-8pm (all Wednesdays except 17th & 24th April)

Drop-in is just €12, or packages of 4+ classes available for €10 per class.

Restorative Yoga involves the use or props to support the body to completely relax.

It is a way of really resting your body and allowing the body and mind to open up.

Restorative Yoga provides a complementary space for both physical and mental relaxation. We can just be - with no agenda or expectation.

If you suffer from insomnia, stress, anxiety, whether your run down, worn out or are just super busy all the time and need a break....

This is for you!

Restorative Yoga can also be used as a meditation. We softly move our spines in different directions and include some gentle inversions which reduce our blood pressure. It stimulates and soothes our organs depending on the posture.

It is a quiet, slow practice and our use of props allows us to progress into deeper states of relaxation & gentle opening.

This allows us to get in touch with our body mind connection and puts us firmly on the path for relaxation, management and reduction of our stress. We move towards health and wellbeing.

What’s not to love?!

This is suitable for all levels including beginners.

Prepare to unwind!

Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, water, 3 blankets & have no expectations of yourself. Just be.

Yoga props are provided but bring along anything you need to make yourself more comfortable.

This is a quiet, slow, contemplative practice that compliments a busy lifestyle or regular yoga practice & other sports.

Yin Yoga improves flexibility, reduces stress, improves emotional, mental health & well being.

We work deep into the fascia through a series of floor postures, which we hold for several minutes - with compassion (it’s not an endurance test!).

Yin Yoga gently challenges people & every posture will explore different aspects of that. You don’t have to be flexible to try this!

Take the time to stretch, lengthen & let go of anything that no longer serves you.

Spend time getting to know your body & your mind.

This is suitable for all levels, including if you’ve never tried Yoga.

Have no expectations of yourself- just stretch & breathe.

We are so deeply honoured to be hosting the beautiful Veronica Larsson for a one day Subtle Body Anatomy Yoga and Energy Medicine workshop here at Community Well Donabate.

Saturday 8th of June: 10.30am-4.30pm with one hour lunch break from 1pm-2pm

Restorative Yoga Workshop

Join us for evening of Restorative Yoga practice

Tuesday 18th of December 7.30pm-9pm

Restorative Yoga is practice of slowing down, resting in supported yoga poses and opening the body without any physical effort. This practice balances fast lifestyle and has an enormous capacity to heal physical and mental symptoms that are stress related. Restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, gentle back-bends, side bends and stretches. Each pose will be accompanied by affirmation and/or mudra (hand gesture) to guide our attention in the direction of open awareness and cultivate positive state of mind.
