Hatha Yoga for All Levels - September Classes

If you're stiff, new to yoga, recovering from injury, looking for a gentle practice, or simply looking to slow down and find relief from the stress of daily life, then Hatha Yoga is the yoga for you. 

Classes are at your own pace, with the support of props, with expert anatomy-led instruction. 

Monday Classes: 6.30pm-7.45pm

Wednesday Classes: 6.45pm-8pm

Drop-in is just €12, or packages of 4+ classes available for €10 per class.
