If you're stiff, new to yoga, recovering from injury, looking for a gentle practice, or simply looking to slow down and find relief from the stress of daily life, then Hatha Yoga is the yoga for you.
Classes are at your own pace, with the support of props, with expert anatomy-led instruction.
Monday Classes: 6.30pm-7.45pm (all Mondays except 18th March)
Wednesday Classes: 6.45pm-8pm (all Wednesdays except 27th March)
Drop-in is just €12, or packages of 4+ classes available for €10 per class.
