New 5 week intermediate level yoga course starts on Tuesday the 6th of November
Every Tuesday: 8.15pm-9.30pm
Have you ever had that feeling of being trapped in your body, stuck in your mind, closed in your heart? During this 5 week course we will aim to create feeling of openness and ease on the level of our body, mind and heart using different yoga & mindfulness techniques. Experience how yoga poses and relaxation can help with opening and removing tension from our body. Learn how the practice of meditation & intention setting can create sense of greater openness on the level of the mind and heart.
Each class will start from centering, progressing through yoga poses & movements completed with breathing practice, relaxation and end with 5min-10min meditation.
