Yoga Course for Beginners - Cultivating Openness

New 5 week beginners yoga course starts on Tuesday the 6th of November

Every Tuesday: 7pm-8pm

Have you ever had that feeling of being trapped in your body, stuck in your mind, closed in your heart? During this 5 week course we will aim to create feeling of openness and ease on the level of our body, mind and heart using different yoga & mindfulness techniques. Experience how yoga poses and relaxation can help with opening and removing tension from our body. Learn how the practice of meditation & intention setting can create sense of greater openness on the level of the mind and heart.

Each class will start from centering, progressing through basic yoga poses & movements completed with relaxation and end with 5min meditation practice.

Price for full 5 weeks: 50eur
