New 5 week yoga course starts on Tuesday the 5th of November
Every Tuesday: 8.15pm-9.30pm
On this course we will learn simple yoga techniques to strengthen and release tension from the body and connect with relaxed state of awareness we are striving for in our lives.
During the class we will mostly focus on exploring movement to release tension, breathing techniques to calm the mind and we will use different relaxation methods to bring body & mind into state of relaxed alertness.
Please note that this course is suitable for intermediate level students.
