Gentle developmental movement class for babies under one year, supporting motor skills, coordination, and body awareness.

A one-hour specialised class designed and led by Dora, Baby & Child Manual Therapist, focusing on gentle movement and mobility exercises for babies under one year old.

This developmental movement session supports your baby’s motor skills, joint mobility, coordination, body awareness, and vestibular (balance) system. It provides a nurturing space for parents to engage meaningfully with their babies and spend quality awake time together.

The class is especially beneficial for newborns and premature babies, offering gentle support for their early movement development.

The group is intentionally small (a maximum of 6 babies) to ensure individual attention and professional guidance throughout the session.

This class can be joined independently and does not require participation in the Baby Massage Course.

Duration: 1 hour
Group size: max. 6 babies
Fee: €20 per class
Most health insurance providers offer full or partial reimbursement depending on your policy and package.
