Holistic Sinus Treatment
Holistic Sinus treatment focuses on the head, neck, face and feet or hands. It combines the following;
Steam inhalation with essential oils.
Vigorous Sinus Massage.
Facial Massage.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage.
Indian head Massage.
Stimulation of the reflexology points of the feet or hands.

This treatment can help you if your head is just full – busy with thoughts, projects – you are very busy in your life and just need to unwind and relax. If you are looking for clarity and need to take a breath, this could help give you the head space for the fresh perspective that you need. It could help with your hay fever or sinus issues including sinusitis. Holistic Sinus treatment is also for you if you just love having a facial – it’s a real way to nourish yourself and take time out for you.
There are some people that Holistic Sinus Treatment is not suitable for, these include include if you have;
Any contagious foot disease – such as athlete’s foot, verrucas, warts or any infection of the feet. If you have a fever or contagious or infectious disease, if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you are receiving radiotherapy on your foot or leg – Hand reflexology may be a better option for you with permission from your oncologist. Trauma to the foot or ankle 72 hours prior to treatment.
If you are under a GP’s care for your health, e.g. Asthma, COPD or other respiratory conditions – you may need permission form your GP to proceed with a Holistic Sinus treatment treatment.
