Laura Philpott
Laura works as a clinical psychologist and is a graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland. She has been practicing mindfulness for the last seven years. She has worked in psychological services for the past ten years and has seen the benefits of practicing mindfulness and compassion through her therapeutic work and through her own personal practice. She formalised her mindfulness teaching skills by training with the Mindfulness Association and the Sanctuary. She hopes the formal and informal practices that are explored within the MBLC course will support members to foster compassion, curiosity, and acceptance.
