Yogalates workshop with Laura

Date and Time: Saturday, April 18th, 11am to 12.30pm

Details: In this workshop we will be working through a series of core pilates exercises and flowing through some juicey vinyasa yoga sequences. The workshop will begin with grounding and breath work, and close with an extended Svasana. Suitable for pilates beginners, however some previous yoga experience recommended. The style of yoga practice will be Vinyasa yoga. Yoga and pilates are great for stretching and building strength for the whole body. A great practice on their own or to compliment additional exercise such as running and other sports.
