As 2023 comes to a close now and as we moved into the darker part of the year, it's good to reflect on what to leave, on what to liberate, on what to look for, and to feel at ease with what we have already achieved and be ready for moving forward.
I'm so excited to offer my next workshop through Chakradance cacao and meditation to you before the new year's adventure begins . We will move deeper into our darker spaces within and let it unfold gently during this next experience together.
It will be like entering the rhythms of seven different landscapes of our being, listen to what is hidden and release it all out into a sacred and non judgemental space.
