Craniosacral Therapy with Eleanor
Craniosacral therapy works with your bodies own systems to return wellness to the body. It does this by releasing restrictions held within the craniosacral system, fascia and nervous system. By releasing any restrictions held within the body it encourages your own natural healing mechanisms to restore homeostasis or balance. When in homeostasis we have a stronger resistance to illness and an improved ability to maintain health.
You remain fully clothed and lay back on a padded plinth. I tune into your cranial rhythm and let your body guide me to where the rhythm shows restrictions. I then apply a gentle touch to begin the treatment. It is a body led treatment, the rhythm and fascia guide where to treat the body. The body is very clever and sometimes we may hurt in one place but the restriction or injury lies somewhere else.
