Infused with healing energy and guidance come journey with Clodagh on the waves of your breath.

We will explore ways to activate your true potential , manifest dreams, release and connect deeper to your dharma (soul purpose), dissolve any stagnant energies locked into the body and mind to enhance your overall well being.

The breathwork technique is a healing modality. Conscious connected breathwork sessions are a deep dive into activating your inner healing, transforming your mind set and cultivating an overall sense of wellbeing. You will recieve full guidance, and there will be time for intergration throughout the sessions and over the term.

What meditation is all about?

Unity Consciousness & Bliss yes yes yes 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️

But in simple terms it is relaxation that aims to bring the mind on a journey towards clear vision and clarity.

Meditation may be an ancient tradition, but it’s still practiced in cultures all over the world to create a sense of calm and inner harmony.

Although the practice has ties to many different religious teachings, meditation is less about faith and more about altering consciousness, finding awareness and achieving peace.

These days, with the greater need to reduce stress in the midst of our busy schedules and demanding lives, meditation is increasing in popularity.

Although there isn’t a right or wrong way to meditate, it’s important to find a practice that meets your needs and complements your personality.

Join me every Thursday via zoom as I guide you on your meditative Journey
