Join us for a Sunday Afternoon of Mindfulness Practice @ Community Well Studio

Time: 2pm-5pm

Being mindful means being fully present in the here and now. It is the practice of slowing down and paying attention - so that we don’t miss the precious moments in our lives and can equally learn to deal more effectively with those times that may be stressful.

This afternoon practice will comprise of body scan, mindful movement, sitting meditation and mindful poetry to allow us enter and leave the practice refreshed, centered and more present.
