Being mindful means being fully present in the here and now. It is the practice of slowing down and paying attention - so that we don’t miss the precious moments in our lives and can equally learn to deal more effectively with those times that may be stressful.
This afternoon practice will comprise of body scan, mindful movement, sitting meditation and loving kindness practice as well as enjoying a mindful cup of tea. It will give you chance to try simple self-help tools offered by mindfulness and leave you refreshed, centered and more present.
