Join our guest teacher Tanja Thomas for Nourishing Sound Bath Session to Rebalance, Refresh & Reconnect
Sunday 20th January from 2pm-4pm
A Sound bath involves simply sitting or lying in a relaxed position whilst sounds are created all around with gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and various sound healing instruments. You simply close your eyes and give yourself over to experiencing the sound as it arises and falls away.
Sound can nourish our body, mind and soul, restoring well-being, health and balance. Together we will experience and explore the harmonising sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal bowls, Gongs, Tuning forks, Drums and our Voice. We'll create a sound journey to deeply relax and rejuvenate as well as play sound healing instruments together and explore sound and vibration through sound massage.
How does it work?
Sound is not only experienced through the ears – sound waves physically impact the body causing a vibration at the cellular level. Tension is released, blockages cleared, and the mind can become still.
Here are just a few benefits:
feel calm, relaxed and more alive
Improve overall physical health.
Relieve pain and stress.
Balance Nervous system.
Uncover & balance emotions.
Transform and facilitate inner harmony and wholeness
Cost for 2h workshop: 20€
