Restore your Posture, Core and Pelvic Floor with specialised exercise classes. Babies are very welcome. Classes provide an opportunity to exercise with mothers who understand well what you are experiencing, in a supportive and positive atmosphere.

Growing, birthing and mothering your baby is a life changing experience and places demands on your body. Pregnancy and Mothering, carrying, lifting and bending all tend to change our posture over time and can lead to aches and pains.

What about your tummy muscles? Many mothers experience a separation of their abdominal muscles which leads to a “mummy tummy.” This is actually made worse by sit-ups, planks and traditional abdominal exercises. I will teach you how to safely
and effectively strengthen your core. Your pelvic floor muscles have come under a lot of strain during pregnancy and birth. I will show you how to strengthen these important muscles which can help prevent bladder and bowel issues as well as pelvic organ prolapse. High impact exercise such as running or jumping, stresses the pelvic floor muscles. These muscles are already weakened following pregnancy and birthing. My classes are specifically designed to strengthen your body from the inside out, with a special focus on pelvic floor and abdominals, to get you ready for a safe return to fitness activities. 

Classes led by Chartered Physiotherapist Louise O’Sullivan who, as well as 22 years of professional experience, is the mother of four young children.

Baby Spanish

Familiar songs and rhymes, in both English and Spanish, are accompanied by gentle movements designed to soothe your little one, help them stretch, release trapped wind and find relief from teething and colic; as well as helping to stimulate the development of fine and gross motor skills.

Our baby classes for our littlest learners combine music, snuggly puppet characters, colourful props, mesmerising lights and stimulating sounds with elements of baby yoga, massage and baby-signing – all of which results in a lovely sensory experience for both of you.

Our classes are always sociable and a great way to get to know other like-minded parents. In fact many great friendships began in a BilinguaSing baby Spanish class!

Spanish for 0-4 Year Olds

These fun-filled, highly interactive classes for toddlers and pre-schoolers up to 4 years old are all about building your child’s confidence with language and music, as well as boosting their physical and emotional development.

Words that your little one is already familiar with in English – such as numbers, animals, family members, and parts of the body – will be introduced in the second language through a combination of drama, creative play, dance and movement. All of which is set to a fantastic soundtrack of well-known nursery rhymes, original BilinguaSing tracks and traditional Spanish songs.

As their gross and fine motor skills develop, your toddler or pre-schooler will show greater control as they interact with a variety of sensory props, puppets, light shows and bubbles; as well as start to perform actions and some Sign Language too.

It's a class for the whole family!

New Mum & Baby Yoga course with Emily starts on the 3rd of April

Enjoy an hour of fun and gentle stretching with baby. Postnatal postures benefitting the core, pelvic floor, back & shoulders and more for mum with baby yoga to help with digestion, coordination and reaching developmental milestones.

Come in to a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment and feel the support of other mums in the community.

This 5 class course skips Easter Holidays Wednesday to finish up on May 15th.

Fit Mum and Sling Baby - Fitness Classes for Mums & Babies

New 4 week Course with Agata starts on Thursday the 10th of January in Donabate Community Well Studio at 11:30am

A class that will give you a chance to exercise and have fun with your baby.

You will wear your baby for first 20 minutes, exercising your legs, hips and pelvis muscles in a safe and effective way, to build your strength, lift your endurance and energise. 

For the following 20 min the babies will spend cuddled on the mat, while you are working your core, back and your upper body. The exercises you will practise then are pilates and yoga based, focused on releasing pain, increasing mobility and working on your posture. 

Last 10 minutes of such session will focus on relaxation, restorative positions and meditation exercises.
