Learn how to develop your own journaling practice to support you through life’s ups and downs.
Over three 1.5-hours sessions, we will explore different journaling tools and techniques to help you engage with your experiences, your thoughts and your emotions in new ways. The aim is to actively engage in the conversation that is running in your mind.

Hi, I’m Antoanela Safca, A Dublin-based writer and journalist. As a freelance writer and copywriter, I have a close relationship with words and their powerful, often healing, effect. I have been journaling for as long as I can remember, and I’d love to guide you through some of my favourite journaling techniques in the hope that you will find the same incredible benefits.
