Journaling Workshop with Antoanela starts on Saturday 17th of October from 10am-1pm
A fun, creative-without-the-pressure workshop, where we'll give visual expression to your truest dreams.
Your dreams and wants are not accidental. They're a map to what's possible for you.
But we often lose track of that map because #life. There is so much coming at us from all directions, we lose track of those tender desires.
Over three hours, you will resurface your true wants (not the 'shoulds', but your real heart's desires) and we will give them visual expression through a playfully constructed vision board that you can take home with you.
We will:
start with a short meditation accompanied by a sacred cacao brew, to disrupt our tendencies to overrationalise, and invite your uninhibited intution and creativity to the experience
then we will continue with some journaling, to put words to the desires that are coming up
we will then roll our sleeves and create a visual collage of the life that we want to create over the next little while, using magazine cutouts, stickers and art supplies.
All materials included. All you need to do is bring your open, creative self.
Tea and nibbles will be served.

Hi, I’m Antoanela Safca, A Dublin-based writer and creator, and your host for this workshop.
For a very long time I kept my dreams private (even to myself) as to not embarass myself by...being too daring, too unrealistic. Then, about ten years ago, I heard about vision boards. So I started making small attempts to claim my desires, to let them out in the light by pinning a few magazine names I wanted to write for to my corkboard, some dream clients names to the left of my monitor, some words for states I was aspiring to. And then I forgot about it. Or did I? My brain picked up on the signposts and started building pathways towards them. Giving expression to the vision worked!
Now I want to help you create that path towards fulfilling your desires too. I hope you'll join me.
Cost: €47.10
