Gentle Flow Yoga for Body, Mind & Soul 

4 weeks Gentle Flow Yoga Course with Camilla beginning Saturday 21st of October from 10am to 11am

Gentle flow yoga classes will combine restorative and balancing postures, breathing exercises, guided meditation, and a long blissful relaxation. Camilla will guide you through a carefully designed sequence of exercises to help you strengthen your body and uplift your heart and focus your mind.

Then moving on to a series of sun salutations to move energy up to the heart centre for nourishment and expansiveness. Ending with a long relaxation. You’ll feel energized and revitalized. 

All Levels and Abilities welcome - no experience necessary. Bring water and wear comfortable clothes. 

Cost for 4 weeks: 50€
