YIN YOGA TO RESET YOUR BODY & MIND
A 4 week Yin Yoga Course beginning Thursday 21st from 10 to 11am
Yin Yoga is a slower paced, gentler style of yoga using as many props as your body needs.
A very grounding and nurturing practice, we hold poses for longer periods of time, encouraging stillness and inviting ourselves to turn inwards and reconnect with the sensations of the body.
The slowing down and mindfulness of yin yoga, calms the nervous system, alleviating stress and tension while improving energy flow and restoring equilibrium and balance.
We improve our flexibility, stability and mobility by exercising our ligaments and regaining space and strength in the joints.
Physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual benefits, yin yoga provides them all.
Yin Yoga is suitable for everyone - no experience necessary. Bring water and wear comfortable clothes.
