Slow flow yoga with elements of hatha, restorative practices and mindful movement

  • Suitable to anyone wishing to practice yoga, with clear guidance, and in a small intimate group.

  • Participants may be total beginners or looking for a more relaxing practice with this class.

  • Focus on flexibility, mobility, and releasing tension in the body.

  • Connect to how you're feeling at the present moment with awareness on the breath, mind, and body.
