Slow Flow Yoga Class with Emma


Five weeks yoga course with Emma starting on the 5th of November

Every Sunday 7pm-8pm

The aim of this slow flow yoga class is to ground our bodies into the here and now. As we approach darker nights and shorter days it's important we nourish this transition and move slowly into this new phase of the year. This slow flow will move through a series of postures, breath work and relaxation with the sole aim of relaxing your nervous system. As this class is on a Sunday evening I hope this will set you up nicely for the new week ahead and act as a space to release any stress from the previous one. This class is suitable for all levels as there will be adjustments and expansions available for all students.

Cost: €60.00 for five weeks or €15 drop in
